All we had was 24 hours. One day + one night to do whatever we wanted. So we ran away from home.
A good friend had gifted us with a 1-night stay at the Halekulani a few months ago as a thank you for helping out with her web site. It wasn't until this past weekend that hubby and I were able to schedule our R&R day, but it was most definitely worth the wait. From the spectactular Diamond Head/ocean view from our lanai to the late night drinks/dessert/jazz we enjoyed at Lewers Lounge, it was all good. Really good.
